How do you inspire the biggest rail industry transformation in a generation?

The co-creation express

We worked with the Senior Leadership Group to rapidly develop territories for a potential purpose. We then tested and iterated with members of the team, customers and the leadership team. The result was a compelling idea, brilliantly articulated.

The 4Ps

We developed a delivery framework for the purpose that brought the idea to life in a practical way for the organisation. The 4Ps helped GBRTT organise activities and align day-to-day decision making with the high order purpose.

Next stop: values

The purpose led to new values for the new organisation, Great British Railway. This work involved a broader consultation using existing research and workshops with over 100 members of staff from across Network Rail, The Rail Delivery Group and GBRTT. The values were refined with the board and aligned with the priorities of the broader transformation programme.
